IMPORT CUSTOMS AN DUTY

There may also be additional import duties or customs charges levied in your country – these can sometimes affect deliver times. Recipients are also responsible for paying any import duty or fees.

RETURNING YOU ORDER

We accept returns up to 30 days after the order has been received. Just make sure the item is in the condition in which it arrived to you, with all packaging and labels intact.

You can send your item/order back to our returns team. In order to do this you will need to contact us to notify us of the problem and reasons for returning. This can be carried out by emailing sales@handmadeandproud.co.uk or using our contact us page.  Please let us know the reason for returning, we will then send you details of the return address along with your RMA number.

We recommend using a tracked service and that you retain a copy of your receipt or proof of postage just in case anything happens to your item whilst it is on its way back to us.

The cost of return is your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed by us due to an error on our part.
